are:-
(A)
The MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY
ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:-
(1) To develop, sell, buy, trade in any
kind of
software for any end user in technical and in non technical
field and
to build operate and run any kind in India for any
country outside
India.
(2) To buy, sell trade in web space and to develop web
hosting
facilities in the internet, internet and in any kind of
networking.
(3) To organize training as well as to educate the
software personal
and to provide the software developers at the customers
site, on-site
and off- site maintenance of the software and do any
activity
relating to up gradation, renewal or do any kind of
patchwork in the
development of the software.
(4) To build, develop and operate any kind of software
Technology
Parks (STP) on perpetual lease basis or on any basis
both in India and
outside the country.
(B) THE OBJECTS INCIDENTAL OR
ANCILLARY TO THE ATTAINMENT
OF THE MAIN OBJECTS ARE :-
(i) To advance money on the security of
the goods
lying with or under the control of the company, to receive
goods on
consignment and to do all other such acts that may be
necessary
in connection with main business of the ompany.
(ii) To act as forwarding agents and to insure,
underwrite, undertake,
goods, merchandise or such other properties in
connection with business
of the company.
(iii) To purchase, take on lease, or
otherwise
acquire all or any part of the business or undertaking or
property and
assets of any other such person, firm, company or
corporation
carrying on similar business and agree to discharge
their liabilities
and to conduct, carry on or liquidate all of such
